I talked to Jennifer Ambrose the Account Representative. Jennifer listened to my issue and followed up on it. She became my advocate and she intervened for me. The problem escalated that night and I had to reach out to Jennifer again. She intervened for me again and solved an issue that was delicate and resolved the issue. Jennifer righted the situation and gave me the opportunity to present my claim in a way where it would be fairly viewed. I can’t thank her enough.
