"I was traveling to work and got a flat tire and had to pull off of the highway to attempt to repair my tire with the provided pump that didn’t work. I called for a tow truck and about an hour or so later they showed up. I had originally wanted to have the car towed home because if I had to have it replaced I knew that the dealership wouldn’t have the tire in stock, yet after talking to a Service Advisor I decided to have it towed to the Dealership instead of my home. I had texted the tow service to let them know that I needed to go to the Dealership which was only around 7 miles away instead of all the way out in Myakka City. The Lady from the tow service called me and said she would try and change it and after attempting a couple of times, she couldn’t change the drop off location. As I was already charged the fee for extra mileage I told her that I needed my refund of $52.50 in which she said that I would have to contact my Insurance Agent. I called and spoke with Carol at Kim Vole, State Farm in Parrish. I explained to her what had happened and she said, give me a minute and I will call you back with a 3 way call. She called back and had the State Farm investigation Department on line. I explained to the Agent what had happened so she had Carol to fill out the forms for a refund from the tow company. A couple of days later Carol followed up with me to see if I had received my refund, so I went to my account and checked and let her know that I did. I am totally happy with the great personal care that I was given by Carol and the Investigation Department. I was convinced that there was no one on one communication left between anyone, yet Carol changed my whole outlook and I am so grateful for her knowledge, time, care, respect and professionalism that she showed to me. Carol listened and knew exactly what needed to be done to achieve the results needed for her customer. Thanks again, Carol! At Kim Vole State Farm you are not just a number."
